  Roger Bonham, MD
graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency. He subsequently completed a fellowship in corneal and external disease at the Wilmer Institute at Johns Hopkins and now practices anterior segment ophthalmology, including corneal transplantation, cataract surgery and management of glaucoma and macular degeneration.

Timothy Holekamp, MD
is an honor graduate of Amherst College and Washington University School of Medicine.  He completed a medicine internship at Shands Teaching Hospital at the University of Florida and an ophthalmology residency and retina/vitreous fellowship at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis.  He taught at the University of South Florida and founded the Retina/Vitreous service there before entering private practice with Columbia Eye Consultants as a full-time retina/vitreous subspecialist in 1978.  His practice includes surgical treatment of retinal detachments and tears, macular holes and macular pucker, as well as injections and laser therapy for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal problems.
  L.D. Schoengarth, MD
graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency at Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine. He subsequently completed a fellowship in oculoplastics with Crowell Beard, M.D. and now practices anterior segment ophthalmology including cataract surgery and oculoplastic surgery.

Amy Ajans Zguta, MD
graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed her residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She currently practices comprehensive ophthalmology, including cataract surgery and management of glaucoma and macular degeneration.
